 STATEMENT

  
     
     
  In my work I search for and reflect on aspects of identity in places I feel connected to, mainly rural, river and 'in between' landscapes.  
     
  My research of these places consists mainly of reading, walking, observing and meditation. From here on I take notes and pictures, make drawings and collect things. These activities are the sources I use for my art objects, photography, printmaking, fiber art, collages, handmade books and poetry.
